These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of audio production services provided by Night Shift Management LLC, doing business as Night Shift Music (“Night Shift Music”, “NSM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing any mixing or mastering service from Night Shift Music, the client (“Client”, “you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Offered:

   Night Shift Music provides professional audio services including the following:

(1) Mixdown Service
Professional mixing of multi-track audio stems into a balanced stereo mix suitable for streaming, distribution, and club playback.

(2) Mastering Service
Final audio processing to prepare a track for commercial release. Mastering services may include:

• Single-File Mastering – mastering of a single stereo mix file
• STEM Mastering – mastering using grouped stems (e.g., drums, bass, vocals, instruments)

(3) Mix & Master Package
A bundled service including full mixdown followed by final mastering of the completed track.

Service scope, complexity, and turnaround time may vary depending on the project.

2. File Submission Requirements:

   Clients must submit properly prepared audio files before work begins.

Accepted File Formats
• WAV

Recommended export settings:
• 44.1kHz or higher sample rate
• 24-bit preferred
• No clipping or heavy limiting on the master channel

Mixdown Projects
Clients must submit individual stems or multitrack files, clearly labeled and aligned to the same starting point in the timeline.

Mastering Projects
Clients must provide a clean stereo mixdown with adequate headroom (recommended -6 dB peak headroom).

File Delivery
Audio files must be submitted through:
• a downloadable link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.), or
• the file submission portal provided by Night Shift Music.

The Client is responsible for ensuring links are publicly accessible and downloadable. If files cannot be accessed due to permission restrictions, the project will not begin until the issue is resolved.

3. Turnaround Time:
   Estimated turnaround times are:

   • Mixdown: 3–7 business days
   • Mastering: 1–3 business days
   • Mix & Master Package: 5–10 business days

   
   

   Turnaround time may vary depending on:

• project complexity
• number of revision requests
• current workload or queue

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions:
   Each purchased service includes two (2) rounds of revisions.
   Revisions include adjustments such as:
   • volume balance changes
   • EQ adjustments
   • compression adjustments
   • minor mastering tweaks

Revisions do not include major production changes such as:
• new stems or audio files
• added instruments or vocals
• arrangement changes

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.

5. Payment Policy:
   All services must be paid in full before work begins. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Once work has started on a project, all sales are final.

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Discover

6. Refund Policy:
   Due to the custom nature of audio production services:
   • Refunds are not available once work has begun.

If a project has not yet entered production, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Night Shift Music.

Clients agree to contact Night Shift Music first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services may result in:

• project termination

• cancellation of future services

• restriction from purchasing additional services

7. Client Responsibilities:
   The Client confirms that:
   • they have the legal right to submit the audio content provided
   • the material does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights
   • all collaborators or rights holders have approved the submission

Night Shift Music is not responsible for disputes between artists, producers, or rights holders.

8. Project Abandonment:
   If the Client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or longer, the project may be considered abandoned.

Night Shift Music reserves the right to:
• close the project
• archive the files
• charge additional fees to resume the project

9. File Storage:
   Night Shift Music may store project files for up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all final files.

10.Limitation of Liability:
Night Shift Music will take reasonable care when handling client files and project materials.

However, Night Shift Music is not liable for:
• corrupted uploads
• inaccessible download links
• file delivery errors caused by third-party storage platforms
• client-provided files that contain technical issues

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their original project files.

11. .Credits:

When commercially released, Clients agree to credit Night Shift Music where appropriate & available.

12. .Promotional Use:
    Night Shift Music may reference completed projects for promotional purposes, including:
    • portfolio use
    • social media promotion
    • website showcases

unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion.

13. .Acceptance of Terms:
    By purchasing services from Night Shift Music, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
