You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. You represent that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
3. Intellectual Property

c. Any use of artificial intelligence, voice synthesis, voice cloning, or generative content has been fully disclosed where applicable.
d. The submission complies with Night Shift Music's published demo submission policies.
Submission of content does not guarantee acceptance, signing, release, feedback, or future business relationship.
7. Artist Portal and User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You may only access information, files, contracts, statements, releases, and materials associated with your authorized account. Any attempt to access another user's account, data, files, releases, earnings information, or restricted content is strictly prohibited. Night Shift Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
Impersonate another person or entity.
